Introducing

STUDENT 360

a resilience-focused,

at-home therapy program

Student 360 is an 8-week resilience-focused at-home therapy program. This program is rooted in positive psychology and resilience-based research. The aim is to equip students with information and skills to better adapt to change and be the authors of their story. Student 360 takes a holistic approach to their development and briefly explores certain topics relevant to students. The objective is not only to equip students but at the end of the program, we should be able to identify if students need regular therapeutic support or intervention.
